I emailed Jordan on Saturday night in regards to my Macbook Pro having a major OS failure, he replied promptly and on Sunday morning arrived at our hotel.
Jordan got to work straight away to diagnose the issue and within an hour he had reinstalled the Operating System.
He charged a very reasonable price considering such late notice and call-out on a Sunday.
I would highly recommend Jordan for all computer repairs, data recovery and over the phone help.

Cold called him on a Monday morning with a suspected fried laptop.
He assessed that morning, gave advice about which new laptop I should buy to replace it, set up the new laptop and transferred all of the data from the fried laptop by mid-afternoon the same day! And for a really, really reasonable price.
I was up and running my business again that same afternoon.
